it should include …

  • Explain the funding authority of the DSF
  • Simplified breakdown of DSF spending from the previous year (p. 3 YIR)
  • DSF spend plan for current FY and upcoming FY
  • List of successful projects (and the impact they have created) (pg 5 - YIR)
  • Brief description of projects funded (not just titles)
  • Show funnel and why it's a good thing in terms of exploring ideas + cost avoidance
  • Provide PDF of 10x Year in Review
  • Contact info for more information

  • we have a rough outline of the content structure
