Buggy prompt behavior

When using glvis commands that require user-input such as Alt+A, a prompt will appear but there are several issues

• The text informing the user of what to input does not appear
• Prompts will keep appearing until you hit cancel (even if you've answered all questions)

Otherwise, the functionality does work. E.g. this is after pressing Alt+C and 2, f, 1

Actually, this behavior also appears in standalone glvis-js; will keep this issue open because it will likely require fixes in both glivs-js and pyglvis.
