add subkeys (:left/right/both) to attribute filters

some attributes like sidealk, cycleway etc. consist of only the key=* (e.g. sidewalk=*), but many are tagged with a subkey (e.g. sidewalk:left=*). For some attributes they are already included, but we should add them to all.
