Typos and omissions in authorship information

I just revisited this GitHub repository and the associated data release (https://doi.org/10.22008/FK2/3BVF9V) motivated by William Colgan's feedback on our glenglat paper (https://doi.org/10.5194/essd-2024-249). In the process, I found some issues that hopefully can be addressed in the next data release:

• I found out that, following my More complete information for HansTausen_Dome #50, I was made an author of the subsequent v3 data release. It feels rather generous but fine by me if it is your policy and consistent with the rest of the author list. However, it came as a surprise because I was never notified and the policy isn't described at https://github.com/GEUS-Glaciology-and-Climate/greenland_ice_borehole_temperature_profiles?tab=readme-ov-file#how-to-contribute. We are considering adding an authorship policy to our README at https://github.com/mjacqu/glenglat.
• In the data, my name is misspelled as "E. Zwelty" (should be "E. Welty" ). The paper tile is misspelled as "Hans Tavsen" (should be "Hans Tausen").
• In the metadata, my name is simply "Welty" (should be "Welty, Ethan") and my affiliation is blank (how about "World Glacier Monitoring Service (WGMS), Department of Geography (GIUZ), University of Zurich (UZH), Switzerland"). My ORCiD is https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8046-2210.
• Randomly, I noticed that Dorthe Dahl-Jensen (who submitted the temperatures for FladeIsblink06) is not in the author list. Mentioning it in case this was an oversight.

v4 of the database at https://doi.org/10.22008/FK2/3BVF9V has corrected metadata.

Dorthe authorship was discussed pre-publication and a representative author from the institute was included. No oversight. I've asked if they would like to be added to the dataset anyway.

I'm not sure anymore about the Tausen/Tavsen typo...

@mankoff By golly you're right, in this report they write it as "Hans Tavsen" (as done nearly nowhere else, according to a Google search of "Hans Tavsen Ice Cap"). I'm sorry to have misled you on that point!
