Android 16 (API level 36) - March 2025

Problem

New Android 16 version with API level 36 was released Mar 2025, and we need to update the library, app, and all workflows to check for compatibility.

Dependencies are getting introduced with API 36 Requirement:

• build(deps): bump the gradle-minor-dependencies group across 1 directory with 5 updates #196
