Only localhost connection accesable

What steps will reproduce the problem?

N/A

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect myself to be able to connect via the server reference, but I 
can't (progress bar gets to 1/8 then I get a server disconnect message)

What revision of the project are you using (for example bee499b88455)?

Oh, yeah and when I try to connect it says "(ip) disconnected)".
