Bug: Waydroid: Android webview/browser gets stuck forever

My main reproducer for this is NextCloud News, which uses the webview a lot to render articles from RSS feeds. After a while this webview gets stuck and never loads any new pages anymore. After this happens, any other attempt to use the webview or the built-in Android browser also never loads and there doesn't seem to be a way to reset it. Opening a new tab in the browser, killing the browser or the app that's using the webview won't make it work again. Only a full device reboot does.
