目前的libRMEssentials做出了破坏Source Compatibility和Binary Compatibility的更改。
其实这个库的名字我还想改，所以暂时不保证源码和二进制兼容。

库名已改为libRMEss。。。。

20230120和20230121的库是兼容的。
（Fs：废话，根本啥也没改）

20170131和20190126不兼容。

RMEDownloader 删除 signal error() ，删除函数 setIsAll() 和 isAll()

20230304和现有master不兼容。
RmeUncompresser::addFile原型改了
RmeUtils::hasPapaBigPng因为图片排列修改而不再使用
RmeQuazipUsage -> RmeQuaZipUsage
RmeDownloader删除三个函数，两个与老服相关，一个无用
