Problem:
I cannot run makepkg on Ubuntu, because it is bound to pacman PKGBUILD (Arch-based Linux)

Question:
Is it possible to run this (nvidia-all) on Ubuntu?

If you have enough shell scripting knowledge, why not do it yourself ? Start by reading what the PKGBUILD does and try to manually apply the steps to your distro. If you succeed, the next step is to automatize it!
