[BUG] Date format does not change

For whatever reason, when using the settings to change date. No matter what I do there: the app will always display the date as mm/dd regardless of the date settings.

I wanted it to show it in dd/mm is that implemented and I am missing something? I tried the built-in settings but couldn't get them to work.

The date on the homepage can only be displayed as mm/dd at the moment. And the settings for the date display format are applied to the detail page.
However, I am considering adding settings to change the date display on the homepage in future versions. Thank you very much for your suggestion.
