Add config.yaml Fields to Skeleton Base

Thank you for the new features! It would be nice to have a skeleton for the config.yaml.
Especially for the fields:
group: default
prefixFields: true
prefixType: full

I need everytime to replace it with:
basics:

• TYPO3/Appearance
• TYPO3/Links
  group: 'Content Elements'
  prefixFields: true
  prefixType: vendor

So it would be very helpful to define this global.

Hey, thanks. This is a great idea. However, the config.yaml can't be simply copied over. This needs a another approach. Maybe the content-blocks.yaml can be used to configure defaults for the config.yaml.
