Current Smi2 phpClickHouse accepts settings as second constructor argument

and in FOD settings are passed as a part of options array. That's why, for example, dbname setting is not applied and ClickHouse connection always uses "default" database.

There is PR #29 fixed this BUG.
This bug don't allow even to modify default max_execution_time to increase timeout!
