I can't figure out what the exact rule here is, but try to do multiple searches for different date/time ranges. Then refresh the page. It will still show the same range as what you just had, but the search dates will go back to some previous search you did. Also, it seems to behave differently if you're using a browser that remembers things you've done before, so it's more reproducible
Example:
Go to map
Type in from 2024-09-10, 10:00 to 2024-09-10, 14:59, click search
Increase the "from" to 10:01, click search
Repeat this a couple more times.
Refresh the page with F5
Now, you might see the minute number revert back to some previous number. If it didn't, keep searching for ever increasing minute numbers and refresh after maybe 3-4 searches.
I can't reproduce this with Chrome, but I can with Firefox.
