Utilizing a prefix URL to look up CID information causes a fatal error.
Prefix Url defined ... Fatal error: Cannot access protected property superfecta_single::$prefix in /var/www/html/admin/modules/superfecta/includes/callerid.php on line 225
This can be duplicated with any URL and on superfecta or multifecta

I'm running the current version 2.11.17 offered by FreePBX
