1. Support Missing Python Nodes

Modeling missing Python nodes:

• with: will be modeled as a try with resources.
• raise: Extends the throw to have a parent expression.
• try: orElse sounds like syntactic sugar but we keep it consistent with later loop orElse constructs as exceptions raised there should not be caught.
• Types for list,set,map as second order type, e.g. list inherit from ObjectType.
• List|Dict|Set Comprehension and Generator will be unified as new node with 3 elements: expression, loop, condition.
• delete: use existing node.
• BoolOp with multiple arguments: model as nested BinOp (see Python currently supports only 2 operands in the BoolExpr #1699 )
• Ruby, JavaScript, Python: Yield, similar to return or own node.
• Extend loops by orElse construction
• Problem with not supporting relative paths: has to be solved now.
• Look into multi compare.
• receiver with default value?? Look at cases
• Meta classes: what is it used for in our base example?
• Format Strings lack some specifiers
• Dummy variable in forEach, avoid collision as an intermediate solution and then reconsider if we can implement a deconstruct expr.
