Feature Request: Tutorial for new players #174

For new players the game can be overwhelming when joining a world for the first time. Maybe we should consider implementing a tutorial which guides the players for the first +-30 minutes and shows the basics like building, research, economy and player vs player interaction.

I think IntroJs is a good tool to implement this.
