Bug: Shairport4w messes up media control behaviour in Spotify on Windows

If Shairport is running, media key behaviour in Spotify gets messed up: Next, previous and volume keys are registred twice, sometimes the play key as well:

i.e. When a song is playing Spotify and user presses next key on keyboard, Spotify skips to the song after the next song.
This occurs on the Windows audio slave, not the macOS master.

Behaviour goes back to normal when Shairport is closed.
