[Ascension](http://inversed.ru/Ascension.htm). `[Delphi]` `[FPC]` A research programme aimed at the development of a general-purpose global optimization framework. Its core components are intelligent algorithms called metaheuristics, which are applicable to a wide variety of optimization problems.
