Feature description

Update the bottom navigation bar to follow Material Design 3 navigation bar styling.

Why do you want this feature?

The apps already use Material Design 3 for the most part but the bottom navigation bar still looks outdated.

This sounds like a good idea. That being said, there are many other places where using material 3 elements would be beneficial in my opinion over the current implementation.

What are the thoughts about going full m3 design? I'm willing to contribute as my Android development skills increase.
