Publish to DockerHub, AWS, GCP, Azure registries #51
Description
Push the container images we make on release to the appropriate one for each major public cloud provider along with DockerHub and Quay.io
Should just be extra steps in the promotion workflow: .github/workflows/call-publish-release-images.yaml
