Resolve zstd linker errors on RHEL 10 targets

We should add a test to replicate this, although was picked up with UBI10 update as well I think.

Update to UBI 10 as well.

The AlmaLinux 10 packages we provide do not seem affected by this issue, only affects the UBI 10 image it seems.
