Add ability to lock pinned tabs without ability to close them

I'm so used to my pins not being closable in my previous browser. In Floorp, pinned tabs are still closable with middle mouse button. I've tried making my own CSS and JS overrides to avoid this behavior but sadly can't get it right.

Would appreciate feature addition this in a future update.
