Updated PPA instructions

Attempting to install Floorp on Kubuntu 22.04, however the PPA instructions fail at sudo curl -sS --compressed -o /etc/apt/sources.list.d/Floorp.list 'https://ppa.ablaze.one/Floorp.list' with:

curl: (23) Failure writing output to destination

I did notice that unlike the last time I tried Kubuntu 22.04 two years, curl is now only provided as a Snap package.
