//farmnotifier list: Lists all the locations where you have a farm notification, and their given number, and gives
instructions on how to create a new farm notification.
//farmnotifier remove [number]: Removes a farm notifications from the list, given a valid number. Numbers can be
seen with /farmnotifier list.
//farmnotifier show [index]: Highlights the farm notification with the given index for a configurable amount of
time. Indexes can be seen with /farmnotifier list. In the config, enable "Show end of farm region" to see all
highlighted regions at once for an unlimited amount of time.
