Issue description

Pages for reports that don't exist don't show a meaningful error message

Steps to reproduce the issue

Visit the detail page of a report
Edit the URL so that a non-existing id is included
A cryptic error mesaage is shown

What's the expected result?

A 404 page explains that this report does not exist and offers help in finding it
