Change to how agent makes techincal decisions: generate user data / user stories

Summary

I'm prototyping a new website with OpenSpec, and my site has some character limits on certain fields.

I found myself prompting the agent twice to generate example user data so it can decide how many characters it should have in the field.

Does anyone else find themselves prompting this way too often? Maybe we can come up with a feature request.

My latest prompt:

In design.md, ## Open Questions, the agent wrote "Should there be a character limit for self-introductions?"

My prompt:

"yes self introductions shoudl have a character limit. generate 5 introductions to see how many characters a typical introduction takes and then set the max based on that"
