Website's "Getting started" is incomplete

Website says:

Get Started npm install -g @fission-ai/openspec@latest

But of course, that does nothing by itself.

README adds:

Then navigate to your project directory and initialize:

cd your-project
openspec init

Which actually DOES stuff.

Thank you for opening this issue. I am addressing this on a docs site with PR: #1285

We can point to the main openspec.dev site or a sub-domain/whatever.
