Should I migrate old archives from openspec/changes/archive/ to openspec/archive/ after upgrade?

After upgrading OpenSpec, I noticed the archive location has changed:

• Old location: openspec/changes/archive/
• New location: openspec/archive/

I have 25 existing archives in the old location and 2 new archives in the new location (created after the upgrade).

Questions:

1. Is this path change intentional in the new version?
2. Should I migrate all old archives to the new location for consistency?
3. If I migrate, is a simple mv openspec/changes/archive/* openspec/archive/ sufficient, or are there other considerations (e.g., updating references, config changes)?

@TimJi This shouldn't be the case! We did not migrate this at all, we got it wrong in the onboarding skill. But everywhere else it should reference openspec/changes/archive
