When looking at library dlls generated, it's probably a good idea to have the assembly version be emited as well.
Currently the full name for a library like FHIRHelpers looks like this FHIRHelpers-4.0.001, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null
FHIRHelpers-4.0.001, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null
Only the name contains the version.
