Add a visible status page link on filecoin.cloud

Summary

Add a visible link from filecoin.cloud to the public Filecoin Cloud status page.

This is split out from FilOzone/tpm-utils#18 after clarification that the intended direction is filecoin.cloud -> status.filecoin.cloud.

Done Criteria

• Add a visible link from filecoin.cloud to the public status page
• Ensure the link is present on both desktop and mobile
• Use Filecoin Cloud-consistent copy, for example Status or System Status
• Point to the canonical public status URL
  • If status.filecoin.cloud is not ready yet, either:
    • point to status.filoz.org temporarily, or
    • make the target easy to update once status.filecoin.cloud is live
• Place the link somewhere with high visibility, ideally in global navigation or another consistently visible site-wide location

Bonus

• If the status page is not fully green, make the link on filecoin.cloud change state visually
  • For example: different label, badge, color, or icon

Why Important

We want to increase visibility of the public status page so users have a clear, canonical place to check Filecoin Cloud status.

Implementation Notes

The current site navigation appears to be defined in:

• navigation.ts

Desktop and mobile nav are both configured there, so that may be the simplest first place to add the link.

Open Questions

1. Should this point to status.filoz.org until status.filecoin.cloud is available, or should this issue wait for status.filecoin.cloud first?
2. What exact label should we use: Status, System Status, or Status Page?
3. For the bonus behavior, what kind of visual change is preferred when the system is not all green?
