Your paper on this project discusses why certain software components were used for the corresponding task. However, some users might prefer other frameworks and libraries over your choices, especially for tasks like speech recognition and speech synthesis. Thus, I propose you to expand this project's quite mature module system to cover input and output modules such as a simple terminal interface.

You can already find and exchange the speech recognition and speech synthesis code in the "stt" and "tts" files.

I see. But as far as I can tell, these modules only work for audio based interfaces. What if I wanted to implement a simple terminal interface?

You can also exchange the files for simple prints / keyboard inputs. Apart from that, our telegram bot works as some kind of a remote terminal anyways...
