Please give us an option to test the server using desktop client version of terraria 1.3.0.7

If you feel competent enough in coding you can make a pull request to add this feature. I and likely Fe7n will not be maintaining this project since PC TShock devs have kinda confirmed official support for mobile when it gets 1.4.

i kinda suck at programming (i use java), and i dunno where to start, also i'm kinda noob at this github thing
