First, it would be helpful to provide more information about the factors that affect the self-organization of the team. What specific factors are you referring to? Are they related to communication, decision-making, or task allocation? Clarifying these factors will provide a clearer understanding of your research objective.

Second, when discussing the measures for improvement, it would be beneficial to provide more details about what these measures entail. Are they related to training programs, changes in team dynamics, or the implementation of new tools? Providing specific examples will enhance the comprehensiveness of your methodology.

Third, it is important to explain how the online questionnaire was designed and administered. What kind of questions were included in the questionnaire? How was it distributed to the participants? Additionally, you mentioned focus group interviews, but it is unclear how many interviews were conducted and how they were organized. Providing more information about the methodology of these data collection methods will strengthen the validity of your findings.
