현재는 user_tb 에 한정하여 중복된 이메일을 가진 사용자가 있는지 확인하고 있음.

방안 1

회원 가입 요청 테이블에도 해당 이메일의 가입 요청이 있을 경우 중복된 이메일로 표시
타인이 실수로 자신의 이메일 주소를 입력하였을 경우 회원 가입 요청조차 불가능.

방안 2

이메일 중복 체크 시 소유주 검증을 위한 인증 코드 발송
프론트 페이지 수정이 필요

방안 3

현 상태 유지
관리자가 직접 회원 가입 요청 승인을 해줄 때 중복된 이메일로 들어온 요청들 삭제
관리자 업무 과중
