In the AlphaPose paper, authors say HICO-DET is under Creative Common License. It's unclear which version of the CC license applies. However, according to GitHub license help page, without a license, the default copyright laws apply, meaning that you retain all rights to your source code and no one may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from your work.
To me, it's still a mystery if a model trained on an un-licensed dataset is considered a derivative work.
