After upgrade from 3.10 to any version of 4.0 can't open Elements in back end, errors out. Everything else is working

I have had this issue since the first beta of Fabrik. It only happens when I do the upgrade method. If I do a fresh install, and then grab data via .csv everything works. I have been trying to recover my Fabrikar log in to post their site for a couple months and it doesn't work, so I am getting frustrated and so I am posting here for help with my logon and to post this error here. I have spent many long hours testing and can't seem to get past this. I apologize in advance for my frustration. This is a great product and I am running short of time to release it into production.
