CAN IDs are in pairs for the swerve modules -- Drive motor has the first ID, and the angle motor the 2nd ID.
Starting from the top left, clockwise around the bot IDs 10,11, for top left, 12,13 for top right, 14,15, for bottom right, and 16,17 for bottom left.
Center positions from the origin are 8.75" left to right of center, and 14.25" up/down of center.
