Misleading error message with get_job_logs on Kuberentes #234

Running a ChRIS plugin on OpenShift via pman where the plugin's image can't be pulled causes pman to log a misleading error from the Kubernetes API:

"pods "chris-jid-7-lp4fs" is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:hosting-of-medical-image-analysis-platform-a88466:chris-all-pfcon" cannot get resource "pods/log" in API group "" in the namespace "hosting-of-medical-image-analysis-platform-a88466"
