Freetype requires linking against bzip2.
Hadn't noticed previously, as it was automatically found among python install by CMake.
It may be possible to force disable this (similar to the other libs we disable in freetype), however I'll need to purge cache etc to test that.
I'm not actually sure it will cause CMake to fail if it isn't found, or whether it will just produce a warning.
