Adding Amazon's AWS C++ SDK as a dependency to PluMA for interacting with AWS services for the application.
This should allow the PluMA program to upload/download from S3 for configurations and saving output information.
Additional work, such as Cloudwatch and ECS services might also be useful from the SDK.
