3.6.0版本sdk中，account.keyStoreDir配置项不生效 #924

这样配置，还是会去account目录，而不是rocket-fisco3/account目录去加载账户

跟踪源码是因为CryptoSuite这个类有2个CryptoKeyPair

第一个keypair没有把config设置进去，导致配置不生效。
