npm run dev

1.进入node_modules/web3-utils/lib/utils.js
将var ethereumjsUtil = require('@ethereumjs/util') 替换成 var ethereumjsUtil = require('ethereumjs-util');

2.npm install --save ethereumjs-util
此时需要安装所需替换的依赖库ethereumjs-util

3.npm run dev
最后运行项目
