Yellow card information incorrect for blue alliance on match control page

Describe the bug
The yellow card indicator seems incorrect on the match control page for the blue alliance only, though they are shown correctly on the audience display.

Expected behavior
The carryover yellow card background color indicator on the match control page for the blue alliance should correctly match their previous yellow cards. It's almost if they are using the red alliance's background colors instead.

21464 is the team with the carryover yellow card, but 23513 is also highlighted on the match control page when it should not be.

Similarly, 27686 had a carryover yellow card but it was not showing in the match control page.
