When signing in using a new mobile device, you go through the initial setup phase again with the intro and onboarding.
That is also quite a barrier to start using the app on a new device in one's browser.
Ideally, the User Experience would be clear enough for it to be enough to only show those once.

Only show onboarding the first time or if they haven't logged in for at least 4 weeks or if they haven't set reminders up yet
