自绘图层模式

膜拜这个项目，这个是我多年前的梦想，后来总总原因放弃了，我当时特地做了一个基于gis图层自绘的项目，https://github.com/xiangxud/ucGIS,群主可以考虑兼容两个模式，最开始在44b0上跑，加载是一个大问题，不像瓦片模式这么效率高，但可以做无极缩放这个，实现高级功能

后期硬件可能会采用AT32F435 + PSRAM或用树莓派zero，性能会提升很多。
