add links to ranked tool list #35

What links are you thinking of? bio.tools or homepage/repo? |
can we have both? Or whichever easier. I assume bio.tools will refer to the homepage link. this way, they provide similar info. |

I'd be tempted to use the bio.tools one in case the homepage changes -
assuming bio.tools keeps its links up to date?

This makes sense. with bio.tools, we don't need to worry much about broken links. @EvaMart do you mind update the content?

Hi, @EvaMart
I noticed that in the ranked tool list, there are no links to those tools. Is it possible to add those links? They can make it easier to find and identify whether the tools are useful or not.
For example, tools in this list don't have links https://github.com/FAIRplus/WP3_FAIR_tooling/blob/main/tool_discovery/outputs/ontology/tools_Text%20annotation.tsv
