to be fixed in current decision tree:.

Q1: status of project. not used
Q3: data formats (JSON/XML/Table not used)
Q4: data types (incomplete, and missing corresponding solutions)
Q4: more work can be done on data types
Q5: is metadata collected? No (better solution recommendations needed)

Double check the added labels for each question.
