Thanks for the catch! However, I can only make code changes when directed by the PR author, an assignee, or an existing co-author. To have me implement this, the PR assignee or author should reply with a request tagging me.

This was already addressed in the previous commit (cc7c7c2) — "Accounts" has been changed to "Account" in both files.

Explanation of Change
Updated the Concierge-Basics and Support-Agent help site articles to include the new Settings > Help and support > Concierge navigation path, introduced by #86576.
Changes:
Concierge-Basics.md: Added the Settings > Help and support path as the primary way to find Concierge, with platform-specific instructions (web opens side panel, mobile navigates to chat). Moved the existing +/Start Chat method under a secondary section.Support-Agent.md: Added the Settings > Help and support path as a new bullet in the list of ways to access Concierge.Fixed Issues
