Explanation of Change

Updated the Concierge-Basics and Support-Agent help site articles to include the new Settings > Help and support > Concierge navigation path, introduced by #86576.

Changes:

  • Concierge-Basics.md: Added the Settings > Help and support path as the primary way to find Concierge, with platform-specific instructions (web opens side panel, mobile navigates to chat). Moved the existing +/Start Chat method under a secondary section.
  • Support-Agent.md: Added the Settings > Help and support path as a new bullet in the list of ways to access Concierge.
