Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.
• Create a Submit workspace on OD.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Submit workspace settings > More features.
3. Enable Rules.

Expected Result:

Rules can be enabled.

Actual Result:

Rules cannot be enabled for Submit workspace.
Nothing happens after clicking on Rules toggle.
