[Home] Quick creation actions

[JmillsExpensify]

We're seeing that users still struggle find and locate our "global" create option on desktop. As a result, we've begun adding "local" create options in the main pages of the app, such as Reports. Home is the starting point, and expense/report creation is an especially important in giving sign-ups a reason to come back.

tl;dr we're adding quick create actions to Home (desktop only)

• All buttons use our "button color" and so users stay focused on green/red buttons in "Time Sensitive" and "For you". The text uses black "text" color.

  • There are multiple creation options for both expense and distance. We already remember the last type of expense or distance that you've tracked. That doesn't change here.

This is an internal issue and won't be opened for proposals.

At first glance, this looks like our navigation tabs.

I gave someone with no expensify experience 10 seconds to point to where to submit an expense and they pointed to the green begin button in the submit row.

If the goal is to alleviate confusion, we may be able to use design or copy to make this even clearer.
